Oak Honey comes from an evergreen tree that grows in the Mediterranean countries and some similar climatic zones around the world known as Oak Tree.
A 100% natural honey that is subjected to laboratory tests and meets the required specifications of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture of Beirut & Mount Lebanon. Bees collect it mainly from the honeydew that is produced by some insects that suck the plant sap in the forests (aphids). It is characterized by its high content of minerals and mineral salts, especially potassium, amino acids, and protein.\
Having high antioxidant levels compared to flower honey, it is very beneficial for general health and is used in treatments, especially to support minerals in the human body and fighting anemia.
