– Bio-Heal provides relief for sore muscles, joint bruises, sprains, and muscle tone for athletes. It is a mix of rosemary, peppermint, eucalyptus, chamomile, clove, lavender 100% pure essential oils with menthol, almond and grape seed oil blend as a carrier.
– Oils of Nature special tea is a mix of natural herbs; rose petals, chamomile, almond, sage, moringa leaves and melissa. This tea relieves stress, anxiety and calms your nerves.
– 100% pure Eucalyptus essential oil is an ideal essential oil to promote feelings of clear breathing, open airways in addition to creating a soothing massage experience and lessen tension. Eucalyptus has purifying properties that can be beneficial for the skin and for cleansing surfaces and the air in the house.

Directions
– Thyme Hydrosol: 1 tablespoon of Thyme Hydrosol in a glass of water or a cup of tea in the morning when you feel the first signs of cold or illness.
– Migra-Heal: Apply Migra-Heal to temples, forehead and back of neck. Can be used as often as required.
– Bio-Heal: Apply Bio-Heal on the affected area, massage gently any time of the day. External use only.
– Oils of Nature special tea: Drink at least one cup a day.
– 100% pure Eucalyptus essential oil: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
