The Good Thymes is a startup that aims to bring a fresh breath to traditional Lebanese savors through modern and inspired culinary creations, all based around the unequalled wild Lebanese thyme.
What started as a passion for zaatar and the desire to produce high-quality dried thyme, became an expedition with the best chefs and specialists in Beirut, to create the finest dried herbs mixes, seasoning spices and other zaatar-based products.
To guarantee a grade A thyme, we organically grow our own, in Kfar-Hoûné and its surroundings in Jezzine. We then sort, clean and dry the precious harvest by hand, in our workshop, where at a later stage we blend it with other endemic wild herbs of the Lebanese countryside.
The Good Thymes was established with the principles of a fair artisan; and as it should be, our ingredients are all natural, free from artificial colors or flavors. We handcraft our products without any additives or preservatives.
