About the components:
Kechek:
Lebanese Kechek is usually made of dehydrated bulgur wheat and labneh
Lebanese Kechek is traditionally fermented and dried on rooftops before it is turned into a fine powder.

Kechek is a Lebanese delicacy and is used in manakish as well as eaten with potatoes, meat.
It can also be used with garlic in a soup-like form.

Bourghol:
Bourghol (Bulgur, also called bulgur, borghol , bourghol or burghul, is a by-product of durum wheat stripped of the bran that envelops it, precooked with steam, dried, and finally cracked. With a fine or coarse grain size, brown or white, bulgur is cooked by cooking and/or rehydrating. It is cooked like rice, in twice its volume of water until completely absorbed and evaporated.It is usually possible to replace rice with bulgur in rice dishes)

Labneh:
Labneh is a thick, creamy yogurt-style cheese and this one is made from goat yogurt or cow yogurt, much better for you. It is the Mediterranean version of the classic French Crème fraîche, the Mediterranean version of the plain sour cream, but oh so much tastier.
