Description

Cinnamon derived from a tropical, evergreen tree that grows up to 45 feet high, and has a highly fragrant bark, leaves, and flowers.

Directions for use

Diffusion: use three to four drops in a diffuser of your choice.

Internal use: dilute one drop in for fluid ounces of liquid and drink slowly to soothe your irritated throat.

Topical use: dilute one to two drops with Oils of Nature Fractionated Coconut Oil, then apply to the desired area to create a warming massage for colds and achy joints during winter time.
