Coffee helps reduce inflammation and puffiness. It also tightens and brightens the skin, reducing wrinkles. It also draws excess fluids out of cells, creating a tightening and toning effect.
Cacao powder is rich in antioxidants and helps give you smooth and healthy skin. Cacao powder not only contains lots of minerals like calcium, potassium, and zinc, it also contains high levels of caffeine and theobromine which help firm skin cells, tighten skin and reduce puffiness.
The Routine
To use: Take 1/2 – 1 teaspoon of mask and mix with an equal amount of the liquid of your choice (rosewater, bloom water, honey, water). Create a thin paste and apply it to the face, avoiding the area around the eyes. Allow to dry for about 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly with warm water.
